Six precautions for the use of magnetic pumps

1、Because the cooling and lubrication of the bearing of the magnetic pump depends on the conveyed medium, so it is forbidden to idle, and at the same time, avoid the no-load operation caused by the power failure in the middle of the work and then start again.

2、If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, the entrance of the pump should be filtered: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

3、The ambient temperature of the pump in use should be less than 40℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75℃.

4, the medium to be transported and its temperature should be within the permissible range of the pump material. The operating temperature of engineering plastic pump is <100℃, the operating temperature of metal pump is <100℃, the suction pressure is not more than 0.2MPa, the ZUI big working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not more than 1600Kg/m3, and the viscosity is not more than 30X10-6m2/S of the liquid which doesn't contain hard particles and fibre.

5、For conveying the medium which is easy to precipitate and crystallise, the pump should be cleaned in time after use, and the accumulated liquid in the pump should be discharged.

6、After 1000 hours of normal operation, the magnetic pump should be disassembled to check the wear and tear of the bearings and end-face dynamic ring, and replace the wear parts that are not suitable for reuse.
